  • Pilates classes

    18 January 2017

    A new eight week block of Pilates classes starts at Beechwood House at Murrayfield on Thursday 9 February.

    Beginners class 5pm-6pm

    Intermediate class 6.10pm-7.10pm

    Pilates is a great way to improve core strength, flexibility and posture as well as complimenting training for other sports.

    The cost for the block is £115.
